Daily Investing Opportunities may, in appropriate circumstances and at its sole discretion, terminate the account or access of users who infringe the intellectual property rights of others.

If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide the following information:

14.2: a description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, including the URL (web page address) of the location where the copyrighted work exists or a copy of the copyrighted work;

14.3: a description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the site, including the URL;

14.4: your address, telephone number, and email address;

14.5: a statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and

14.6: a statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your Notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf.

Please also note that under Section 512(f) any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability.

15. Additional Terms for Paid Subscriptions

If offered, paid subscriptions are subject to these TOU. Lifetime memberships last for the product’s lifetime. Subscription fees are nonrefundable unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to cancel a Subscription at any time. If we cancel a Subscription due to a breach of these Terms of Use you will not be eligible for any refund.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These TOU are governed by the laws of Maryland. You consent to binding arbitration in Maryland.

17. Arbitration of Disputes

Except for certain issues, disputes are subject to binding arbitration in Maryland. By using the Site, you waive rights to court or jury trial.

18. Class Action Waiver

All claims must be brought individually, not as part of a class or representative action.

19. Attorneys’ Fees

The prevailing party in any dispute is entitled to recover reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs.
